Client's Testimonials

FAQ

We strive to create a judgment free environment. We recognize that this is a vulnerable process and completely understand how you feel. Many, if not all, of our clients have felt very nervous to have someone in their home, ‘behind the scenes’ so to speak. What we have found is that this initial anxiety dissipates once meeting the team and learning how we operate. My clients have been so relieved and full of pride for taking that leap of faith.

As of right now, Simplicity Speaks is a one woman show. In the future, I hope to add other organizers and assistants as well. My services include: sourcing and shopping for products, construction of furniture kits, installation of shelving, picture hanging, lifting of boxes and items 50lbs or less,  I do not do any work with electrical or plumbing issues. I also do not build custom furniture from scratch. These projects would need to be outsourced to another independent contractor.

Yes. I have a UK insurance plan for up to £1,000,000.

We only use the information you provide in order to complete our project. We will not pass your information on to any third parties unless you request we do so.

Absolutely on both a personal and professional level!

My family members, as well as I, deal with numerous mental and physical health disorders including Asthma, Endometriosis, ADHD, OCD, Chronic Pain, Social Anxiety, GAD, Depression and ASD.

As a prior elementary educator, I have worked with many different students with a variety of challenges. I have participated in IEP meetings and have been tasked with ensuring that each child receives the help that they need.

A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.

This really depends on the size of the space and how much decluttering, if any, will be needed. A typical, one function space, can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours.

While the service we provide is life-changing, we do not offer cleaning services. We will carry out some light cleaning as we declutter and organize your rooms. Such as vacuuming, wiping out cabinets and dusting.

There are many organizations that allow donations. The shops I frequent include the Airman’s Attic and thrift shops on base, as well as local charity shops in the area such as Sue Ryder and The British Heart Foundation. We can dispose of cardboard and some other recyclables, but we are not responsible for garbage. This will have to be removed by you.
